There are two ways to unsubscribe from receiving SMS messages from Phil:
1. Reply with “STOP”
At any time, you can reply with STOP to any Phil SMS message. This will immediately opt you out of receiving further text messages.
2. Update Notification Preferences in Your Profile
- Navigate to the My Prescription screen.
- Click your name in the top-right corner to open your profile.
- On the profile screen, select "Set Notification Preferences."
- Uncheck the "Text" option.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
