Step 1. Setup Texts or Email for Updates: We will reach out via text requesting that you opt in to our text message communication. Text allows us to communicate status updates in real-time as your order processes. If you decide to opt out of text updates, please provide us with an email so that we can keep you informed.

Step 2. Send a photo of your Prescription Insurance Card: After you've set your communication preferences, we'll reach out requesting a photo of your prescription insurance card. This photo allows us to process the prescription with your insurance coverage to get your copay price.
Step 3. Review your Copay: Once we have your copay pricing, we'll follow up with a link to review your copay. If everything looks good, follow the prompts to arrange payment and delivery. At this point, our partner pharmacy will prepare the medication and ship it via expedited shipping which should arrive in 1-3 business days.
Step 4. Confirm Delivery: After tracking indicates delivery, we'll reach out once more requesting confirmation that you have received your medication. If you have any questions along the way, our Patient Advocate team is here to assist you 365 days of the year!
