Step 1. Create Account: We'll reach out to you via text shortly after we receive your prescription from the Doctor's office. (If you haven't received the initial text from us, please reach out to: (855) 977-0975.)
This text will include a link for you to follow to confirm your insurance and shipping information and create an account. The process should only take a couple minutes and will provide us with the necessary info to get your price quote.
You'll be able to mark your preferred communication method for status updates. We recommend setting it to both SMS and Email so you can receive important updates.
Step 2. Review your Copay: Once we have your price quote, we'll follow up with a link for you to review this information. If everything looks good, follow the prompts to arrange payment and delivery. At this point, our partner pharmacy will prepare the first fill of the medication and ship it via expedited shipping. We will send you tracking information after the shipment is on it's way.
Step 4. Confirm Delivery: After tracking indicates delivery, we'll reach out once more requesting confirmation that you have received your medication.
