If you would like to resume your prescription that is in a "Paused" state, log into your My Phil account at my.phil.us. If you've forgotten your password, you can utilize the "Forgot Password" option.
Make sure you are on the "RX Prescriptions" section, then click the prescription name you'd like to refill. Click the green word "Change" and select "Unpause".
From there, you can select to fill the prescription by selecting "Ship Sooner/Later". Please note that if the prescription was recently filled, your insurance company may tell us that is refill is "Not Due" for a refill and that they are declining to offer coverage until a certain upcoming date.
