Refills are automatically processed based on the Days of Supply as written by your Doctor. Days of Supply can be a range, but are most commonly 30 and 90 days.
We will send a notification about a week in advance to let you know that we will be processing a refill. This gives you ample opportunity to Pause the prescription if you do not need a refill at that time.
You have the ability to Pause, reschedule, and cancel your prescriptions from your My Phil account based on your need. For instructions on how to do so, please check out our FAQ "What if I don't need a refill yet?"
