On the rare occasion that something unexpected happens during the shipment of your package, our Patient Advocate team is here to help.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please create a support ticket from your account at my.phil.us. After logging in, click “Support” at the top of the page, and “Report New Issue”. Let us know what happened so that we can reply with what actions we will take.
If your package has arrived and the contents are damaged, please take photos of the exterior package and the contents and email them to email@example.com to inform us of the situation. We will review and determine the best course of action.
