You have the ability to Pause and Resume your prescriptions from your My Phil account.
To access your My Phil you’ll go to my.phil.us. From there, use your email to login. If you're not sure what your password is, you can click on the Forgot Password link. Once you're logged in, find the medication you’d like to pause/unpause. Click on the green arrow next to the medication name and you’ll find options to either change the shipping date or pause/unpause the medication. If you have any problems, please let us know!
