If you would like to Pause your active prescription, log into your My Phil account at my.phil.us. If you've forgotten your password, you can utilize the "Forgot Password" option.
Make sure you are on the "RX Prescriptions" section, then click the prescription name you'd like to Pause. Click the green word "Change" and select "Pause".
Please note that if prescription is already in transit, Pausing the prescription will not stop the active shipment.
