You have the ability to Pause, Unpause, Reschedule your prescriptions from your My Phil account.
To access your prescriptions, log into your account at my.phil.us. Feel free to click the "Forgot Password" button if you are having trouble logging in.
Once logged in, find the medication you’d like to Pause/Unpause. Click on the green arrow next to the medication name and you’ll find options to Pause and Unpause the medication, or change the shipment date.
