If your prescription runs out of refills, we will reach out via fax to your Doctor with a refill authorization request form.
If approved the Doctor approves of the refills, they will sign off on the form and send it back. From here, we will add the refills to your account and process them as soon as your insurance allows.
If your Doctor denies the request, we will let you know. Your Doctor may need to see you for a follow-up visit, or only they may have intended you to be on the medication for a shorter period of time.
Some Doctor's offices have practice preferences that require the patient to reach out to their office if a refill is needed. If this is the case, we will let you know.
